An experienced real estate broker, property manager, and real estate investor with over 14 years of combined experience in the greater Rochester, New York area. Colleen has done work as a real estate agent for new home sales at Stone Hill Estates in Pittsford, NY and was also the property manager for Corn Hill Landing and the Warner Building. Not only is she a real estate broker and experienced property manager, she also owns multiple investment properties as well!
Peter Schick
An associate Real Estate broker with over seven years of experience, Peter began purchasing investment properties in 2013. After serving 12 years in the United States Marine Corps, Peter transitioned into doing real estate full time. Peter has experience in residential, commercial, land, and multi-family property transactions all over Monroe County. Peter has a BA in History from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon School of Business.
